Reservations

** We are currently in the process of transitioning to a new reservation system.

All existing reservations will be honored, but we will not be taking any new reservations at the moment.

Reservations are not required, but are highly recommended if you’re coming during peak times (Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday afternoon/evenings). 

More details:

  • The standard reservation rate is $10 per person. (You will not need to pay the standard gaming fee on top of this reservation rate.) There is no time limit on tables.

  • Food and drink are not included in the reservation rate, nor is the reservation rate applied towards the cost of any food and drink.

  • We take a limited number of reservations, while reserving a portion of the café for walk-ins.

  • Reservations must be made online at the link below; we do not take reservations over the phone.

  • It is recommended that reservations be made at least 48 hours in advance. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SAME DAY RESERVATIONS.

  • If your group ends up needing additional seats once you arrive at your reservation time, they will be charged at the reservation rate of $10 per person. We cannot guarantee seating at the reserved table for additional guests due to space constraints and Covid regulations. In some cases, additional guests will need to add their names to the wait list in order to be seated.

  • There is a 15-minute grace period if you are running late to your reservation. If no one in your party arrives after 15 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled.

  • Your reservation is confirmed once paid.

  • Please make ONE reservation for your entire group.

  • If your group is larger than 20 people, please contact us at hello@thegameparlour.com to arrange a buyout of the entire space.

Outdoor Tables

Games are now allowed on our outdoor tables! We no longer take reservations for our outdoor tables and they are now available on a first come, first served basis. You must still check in at the front counter and pay the gaming fee.

Dresden Table and Jasper Table

For those wanting a little more privacy, try out our Dresden Table or Jasper Table!

The Dresden and Jasper tables are next to each other in a semi-private area of the café, near our board game library.

A minimum of 4 people is required to use each table, with a maximum of 8 people per table. All reservation guidelines above still apply.
